At BLOK Dental, we focus on thorough exams and cleanings in order to prevent disease. A checkup is our opportunity to assess your oral health and to use x-rays as diagnostic tools when necessary. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your overall health, as many systemic diseases are first detected by your dental professional. A review of your medical history, including any new medications, allergies, or illnesses, can help us stay informed and up to date with any conditions that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our clinic is also very important to us at BLOK Dental Studio. We strictly maintain sterilization protocols and avoid cross contamination in our clinic, using standards recommended by the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Anapaula was born and raised in Saskatoon and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Saskatchewan. During her undergraduate education, Anapaula was one of the winners of a National Research Award, with a focus on introducing a “Novel Mercury-free Restorative Material”.
She is passionate about dentistry and helping others and has been dedicating part of her professional career to working with some of the more under-serviced citizens of Saskatoon.
